We have a new website for our trailer. We have added a few things such as Raymond’s biography and also many people have mentioned that our trailer is very difficult to find so we put google maps on our website. Two weeks ago, Raymond started curing pork belly for a week and then smoked it. He has now started to make his own bacon! Last Friday, we served it with our Big Bad Wolf Burger as a special. Many of our customers really enjoyed our bacon, so we decided we are going to cure more bacon for today. Also we do have our famous Coconut Buttermilk Pie as well. So check out our daily specials on our menu.
